Emma is thinking 'enough of the New Year's Eve party...I want to go home!'
This was Emma's 1st New Year's Eve. We started out the evening by going to our friend's (Matt & Jessica) house. They had several families with little ones over for an early party. We had a lot of fun there and Emma got to play with some of her friends. She really liked some of Jackson's toys. After we left there, we went to my parents' house. Both of my sisters were there along with several of their friends. We talked, ate, drank and played the Wii that my parents got for Christmas. Our plan was to stay the night and have Emma sleep in the crib there, but that didn't work out too well. It was too loud and she just wanted to be up with everyone else...little miss social! The picture of Emma with her Aunt Suzanne describes her mood around 10:30 pm...tired of being there and ready for her own bed. As soon as we got into the car and started down the driveway, she was asleep!
