This was Emma's 1st Easter! Last year, she was born 2 days after Easter. We went to church Easter morning and stayed at church for a brunch. Then, we came home and attempted to take some good Easter pictures. **Note to self for next year...take pictures BEFORE going to church! It is not so easy afterward when you have a tired girl. Then, in the afternoon, we went to my parents' house and opened our Easter baskets. Emma got some good books, bibs, pants and an Sing-Along CD (which she loves to listen to in the car). After that, my parents and my sister went with us to Brandon's mom's and stepdad's house for dinner. We also got to open some Easter goodies there. The singing monkeys were part of our gift. Emma thinks they are so funny. She tries to grab their mouths when they are singing.
